I have gotten into cake decorating since the last time I posted and wanted to share some photos of cakes that I have done.

These are gougeres which is basically choux paste with cheese added in. They are split in half and have a slice of mozzarella, half of a cherry tomato and some basil as the filling.
This is wonderful beef sate. I made this for my brother and sister-in-laws wedding reception after making it at school. I did it slightly different for the wedding though.
