Photos from School

Here are some things I have made at school.
These are gougeres which is basically choux paste with cheese added in. They are split in half and have a slice of mozzarella, half of a cherry tomato and some basil as the filling.
This is wonderful beef sate. I made this for my brother and sister-in-laws wedding reception after making it at school. I did it slightly different for the wedding though.

These are toast points with a Mediterranean chicken mousse, creme fraiche, and sun dried tomato pesto.

This is one of our mirror presentations with our chicken mousse and beef sate on it.

This is shrimp mousse piped onto galette dough with a garnish of shallot, old bay seasoning and thyme.


I have been wanting to start a food blog for some time now and finally decided why not lets just do it. I hope it evovles and becomes something great. I hope I have to follow through to actually do this thing. Support would be great!!!
